It a...&quot;</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>Dirndltaler Nature Tour<br /> <br /> A guided hike through the scenic landscape of the Pielach valley (Dirndltal) brings participants knowledge of nature that was previously unknown. It also allows you to discover new varieties of plants and fresh, new aspects of the land. The surrounding land has been tended to by workers hands for hundreds of years. <br /> <br /> It's not (except for a few exceptions) a natural countryside. The land is basically a really large garden - created for the users of the land, the farmers. Information will be given on how the land was developed and also about the existing wild/farmed plants of the region. The tour is not <br /> to be seen as a lecture but as a wonderful hands on experience that will show how the region is connected. <br /> <br /> Approx. Duration- Two and a half hours (longer if wished). The hiking tour can be conducted before breakfast. The hiking will be site oriented and will bring participants to many exciting cultural sites in the area.
