Harvest methods

The harvest in the Steinschaler gardens is exclusively carried out by hand.

In addition, we are a very nature - oriented and interested in 'labor saving harvesting methods' .

One example for that is the harvest of the currant:
The fruits (at least the black currant) are not harvested by hand from the "perennial". The fruit-bearing branches are cut off right at the bottom and come with the garden wheelbarrow in the kitchen.

The currants are so much better and get "Cross gentler" of branch. Furthermore, the old wood, which does not bring more income in the future, the same cut from the tree out.
